Position Overview

P/Co is seeking a highly capable, strategically minded Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and Founder across a range of forward‑looking initiatives and core business functions. This is a unique opportunity for a high‑EQ, high‑initiative operator who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to play a central role in shaping the next chapter of P/Co’s growth.

The ideal candidate is someone who combines strong analytical fundamentals with exceptional interpersonal skills, judgment, and strategic intuition. The ability to independently lead a variety of special projects, from ideation through execution, is critical.
