Chief Nursing Officer - Inpatient Rehab

Community hospital part of a large system looking to bring on a CNO! Bonus Incentives and Relocation!

Senior member of the hospital leadership team, and actively participates in the oversight and establishment of best practices and standards for hospital clinical services. Manages the nursing teams in order for us to provide the highest quality of care and service for the patients. Coordinates nursing with other patient care and support functions to assure optimum delivery of health care. Provides leadership and guidance in establishing standards for nursing and other clinical services.

Qualifications:

• BSN required
• MSN or equivalent Masters in Healthcare or enrollment in a Masters program required
• 1 year of inpatient rehabilitation hospital experience required
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience required.
• 3 or more yeas of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity required
• Certified BLS completed on date of hire required
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire

Preferred Experience:

• 3+ years of RN experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred
• CRRN required when eligible.
