Compensation & Transition Support

We recognize that experienced advisors should not have to start from scratch when joining a new firm. Advisors joining SMA are offered a contractual draw based on production with their previous firm, providing stable income during the transition period until commissions replace the draw. A medical coverage stipend is also included.

Unlike many firms, there are no rigid production quotas or minimum annual sales targets. Advisors are empowered to focus on delivering great advice and growing client relationships with the firm’s lead flow and support.

If this sounds like the right fit for you, let's have a conversation.
