Baked for All – Our brownies, cakes, cupcakes, coffee cakes, loaves, and muffins are baked with care in a dedicated gluten-free facility, using our proprietary blend of gluten-free flours – always free from artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives. Since 2005, we’ve been bringing something sweet to the everyday – so everyone can share in the joy together. Our mission began within our own family and now we are here for you and yours and we are striving to make ur delicious products available to everyone at every retailer across the country and beyond!

Job Summary:

This is a full-time role for a Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, financial planning, financial reporting, and cash flow management. They will provide strategic financial leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, develop financial strategies for growth, and provide analytic insights to guide decision-making. Additional responsibilities include improving financial processes, preparing financial statements, and supporting business decisions with strong data-driven insights.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies.
• Manage the financial planning and analysis functions.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.
• Oversee cash flow management and financial risk management.

Education and Training Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Ability to use a computer and office equipment.

Work Environment:

• Office environment.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Base Salary:

$240K per year.
