ORGANIZATIONAL OVERVIEW
Community Counseling & Mediation (CCM) is a leading Brooklyn-based behavioral health organization committed to addressing the root causes and problems associated with mental illness and substance and alcohol abuse. CCM provides a wide range of social support, counseling, health, mental health, education, and supportive housing services to at-risk children, youth, and families in some of the most impoverished minority-populated areas of Brooklyn. Since 1982, CCM has provided a broad spectrum of social services to over 100,000 individuals and families annually who reside in the boroughs of Brooklyn and Manhattan. For more than four decades, the organization has operated more than 75 programs with a budget of nearly $25 million and a staff of almost 300 employees.

JOB SUMMARY
The CFO will report directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer and work in partnership with other Executive Team Leadership members. The CFO will play a key leadership role in setting policy and managing the overall financial requirements of the organization. The CFO will lead/manage the Finance Department with oversight for compliance and recognition for government contracts and private grants. The CFO is also responsible for overseeing the IT and Facilities Departments.

COMPENSATION
The estimated annual salary for the position of CFO is $175,000 to $195,000. CCM offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package.
