Relocation to Las Vegas will be available for this role.

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to serve as the company’s senior finance leader and strategic partner to both the CEO and Board. This is not a pure strategy role, nor is it a role for someone who wants to manage a large finance team from above. The CFO will initially operate as a finance team of one, responsible for building the financial systems, reporting infrastructure, cash management processes, controls, and KPI cadence required to support a rapidly scaling clinical

research site business.

The ideal candidate has prior CFO or Controller experience in the clinical research site space and can be immediately credible on study economics, site-level performance, sponsor receivables, revenue recognition, cash forecasting, and private equity reporting.

This person must be able to move fluidly between tactical execution and board-level communication. The CFO will report to the CEO and Board and will be expected to become a trusted sounding board to the founder CEO, who needs a strong finance partner to help bring rigor, structure, and visibility to the business.

Required Experience

• Prior CFO or Controller experience in the clinical research site space.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial site financial operations.
• Experience with study-level financial reporting, sponsor receivables, revenue recognition, cash forecasting, and site-level profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to build or professionalize a finance function.
• Experience supporting private equity ownership, Board reporting, lender reporting, or similar institutional stakeholder reporting.
• Ability to operate as a hands-on finance team of one in the near term.
• Strong financial systems, accounting process, and reporting discipline.
• Experience in a high-growth, operationally complex healthcare services or pharma services environment.
• Comfort working directly with a founder CEO.
• Ability to relocate to or be based in Las Vegas.
