We are seeking a seasoned, dynamic, and innovative Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our rapidly growing Tech Services Company. The CEO will be responsible for all aspects of the business, including strategy, planning, operations, and finance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the tech industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, strategic vision, and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement high-level strategies, make high-quality decisions, and ensure the company's profitability and growth. Guide the company towards new technological advancements and market trends.
2. Operations Management: Oversee the organization's daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
3. Financial Planning: Drive the company's financial performance and growth. Develop and implement budgets, prepare reports, and ensure the company's financial health.
4. Business Development: Identify and seize profitable business opportunities to increase market share and company's value.
5. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and the community. Represent the company with clients, investors, and business partners.
6. Team Development: Create a positive and motivating work environment. Foster a culture of transparency, innovation, and teamwork.
7. Compliance: Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar leadership role for a minimum of 5+ years in the tech services industry.
2. Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
3. Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance, etc.
4. In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
5. An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
6. Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
8. MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field; a PhD will be a plus.
9. Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational change and development within a growing organization.
10. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful strategic plans.
11. Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
12. Strong aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
13. Passion for technology and staying current with trends and advancements in the tech services industry.
14. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and donors.
