Chief Engineer

We’re hiring a Chief Engineer at the Holiday Inn Express Corpus Christi Beachfront!

What you’ll do:

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations across the hotel
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and safety compliance
• Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
• Ensure a safe, well-maintained environment for guests and staff
• Train and develop maintenance team members

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on maintenance experience (hotel experience a plus)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards
• Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and inventory
