The Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS) plays a critical role in advancing the company's technological capabilities and strategic direction. This involves leading complex engineering projects, collaborating across business units, and influencing the development of new business opportunities. The DMTS is responsible for identifying and mitigating high-level risks, conducting advanced research, and shaping the technical community's direction.Requires a Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) related field and at least 10 years of experience working as an AI architect, data scientist, or AI application engineer. Applicants with a Master's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience are also eligible. Must have deep learning expertise and leadership experience.Candidates must be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret security clearance within a reasonable amount of time after hire, with acceptable timing determined by hiring manager. An active Top Secret clearance at time of hire and eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information (SAPI) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), including willingness to submit to a counterintelligence polygraph, are desirable. Due to the nature of work performed in our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.Ability to travel is required. Travel is estimated at 25% to 35%.
