This is a working Chef role in a high-volume restaurant environment. We are looking for someone who leads from the line, sets the pace, and takes pride in building a strong kitchen culture.
The right candidate is organized, steady under pressure, and comfortable managing both people and product. You should be able to run service, control food costs, maintain standards, and develop your team while still being present in the kitchen every day.
