This is a great opportunity to join a well-known, highly upscale restaurant in Philadelphia with a tight-knit BOH team and strong leadership culture. This group is known for quality, consistency, and team longevity - and they’re looking for a Chef de Cuisine who will be a true culture add.
You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Partner, leading the kitchen day-to-day while helping shape the food program and continuing to elevate the guest experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running day-to-day BOH operations with full ownership of the kitchen
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a stable, high-performing team
- Partnering closely with ownership/restaurant partner on menu execution and evolution
- Driving consistency, quality, and presentation standards
- Managing food cost, labor, inventory, and overall kitchen performance
- Maintaining a strong, positive culture and team-first environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Head Chef with a strong upscale or fine dining background
- Exposure to or strong interest in Middle Eastern cuisine
- Solid understanding of P&L, COGS, and kitchen operations
- Hands-on leadership style with attention to detail and consistency
- Someone who values longevity, collaboration, and being part of a close-knit team
