Chef de Cuisine – New Orleans, French Quarter

Chef de Cuisine Requirements & Qualifications:


  • 3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, upscale, or fine dining environment
  • Proven administrative skills in inventory control, costing, and scheduling
  • Experience managing a restaurant with a volume of $5 million or more
  • Strong polish and professionalism
  • No more than two jobs in the past five years
  • Ability to partner with the Executive team to manage daily restaurant operations
  • Commitment to training and developing a team of cooks into future leaders
  • Upholding high standards of cleanliness and food presentation
