Entry‑Level Loss Draft Check Processing Clerk

$16/hr | Contract‑to‑Hire | On‑Site (Daytona Beach, FL)

We are hiring Loss Draft Check Processing Clerks to support the Loss Draft Department at our Daytona Beach, FL office. This position is fully on‑site with no hybrid or remote options.

• Mail physical checks daily using UPS and Priority Mail
• Create, pull, and manage UPS shipping labels
• Perform accurate data entry and update internal systems/modules
• Maintain daily Check Mailing Logs and reports
• Monitor and manage client email and voicemail inboxes
• Perform additional clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (first 1–2 weeks)
• Regular Schedule: Start time between 7:30am–9:00am
• (8‑hour workdays with a consistent schedule after training; limited flexibility)

Required:

• Entry‑level candidates welcome (1–3 years of clerical, scanning, mail room, or data entry experience preferred)
• Strong computer skills, especially Excel (heavy data entry and tracking)
• Comfortable performing repetitive document‑based work
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced office environment
• Must be able to work on‑site daily in Daytona Beach, FL

Nice to Have:

• Insurance or mortgage industry experience
• Experience handling physical checks
• Familiarity with AnyDoc, OCR, or scanning systems

• This role is fully on‑site; candidates must be able to work in the office daily.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Daytona Beach, FL.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
