Are you a clinical leader who loves the fast pace of surgery but wants your evenings and weekends back? We are seeking an "Air Traffic Controller" for our PACU team at a premier outpatient endoscopy center in Seattle!

This is a clinical leadership role where you’ll balance daily operations with hands-on patient care. If you are a proactive RN with a background in Charge/Supervisory work, I want to talk to you.

📍 Location: Seattle, WA (Fremont/Wallingford area)

💰 Pay: $43.00 – $59.65/hr (DOE)

🕒 Schedule: 4x10s (Mon–Fri) | NO CALL, NO NIGHTS, NO HOLIDAYS!

⚡ Process: Rapid 24-48 hour feedback on submittals.

The Role:

• Daily Ops: Manage staff assignments, scheduling adjustments, and patient flow.
• Clinical Lead: Act as the point person for emergencies, codes, and complex patient issues.
• Hands-on Care: Circulate to cover absences, start IVs, and manage patient recovery.
• Mentorship: Support and train new staff on clinical basics.

What You’ll Need:

• Active Washington State RN License.
• 2+ years of Charge Nurse or Supervisory experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA) – Note: ACLS/PALS can be completed after hire!
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques.
• Preferred: 1+ years of Pre-Op/PACU or ASC experience.
