We are now expanding our operations team to support continued growth and ensure consistency across all markets.


About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Chapter Operations Manager to support the execution of our local chapters nationwide.


This role is critical to ensuring that every event, communication, and deliverable is completed on time and at a high standard. You will work directly under the Director of Operations and play a key role in keeping chapters running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

📅 Event Coordination

  • Ensure all chapter events are scheduled 60–90 days in advance
  • Confirm logistics with chapter leaders (venue, speakers, timing)

🎤 Event Preparation

  • Prepare PowerPoint templates and sponsor slides
  • Coordinate event materials (name tags, attendee lists, etc.)
  • Ensure each event is fully ready ahead of time

📣 Marketing Coordination

  • Work with marketing team to ensure:
  • events are posted
  • emails and social media are aligned
  • Track completion of all marketing deliverables

📊 Chapter Tracking & Follow-Up

  • Maintain internal tracker of:
  • events
  • sponsorship commitments
  • outstanding tasks
  • Follow up with chapter leaders to ensure deadlines are met

� Operational Consistency

  • Ensure all chapters are:
  • aligned with brand standards
  • executing events consistently
  • Flag issues early to Director of Operations


What We’re Looking For

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong follow-through (you finish what you start)
  • Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once
  • Clear communicator (especially in follow-ups)
  • Operations-minded (execution over ideation)
  • Experience in event coordination, operations, or project management is a plus

Basic Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, event coordination, project management, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proven ability to follow through and complete tasks without constant oversight
  • Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, trackers, or basic project management tools (Google Sheets, Excel, Asana, etc.)
  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams (operations, marketing, leadership)
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in execution
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly and proactively address issues


Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience coordinating events or working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, event platforms, or membership-based organizations
  • Background or exposure to real estate, land development, or related industries
  • Experience supporting remote teams or distributed organizations
