Responsibilities
The Chaplain Resident position focuses on the educational training of both theoretical and practical aspects of ministry and the spiritual and emotional support for patients, families and staff within the context of illness, suffering, loss and death.The Clinical Pastoral Education program at Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is a fully accredited center to offer Level I/II, and Certified Educator CPE by the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education, Inc.Qualifications
Education• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required• Bachelor's Degree required• Master's Degree in Divinity or related field preferredExperience• One unit of ACPE certified Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) preferredAdditional Requirements• Complete the application for Clinical Pastoral Education at www.acpe.edu• Submit all signed final evaluations (student’s and Certified Educator’s) with applicationDisclaimers
