Note:
- This is a long-term project with potential for extension.
- Only local candidates will be considered. The role requires working onsite 3-4 days per week depending on project needs.

- This position is more Jr to Mid-level and candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of corporate experience.
- Varicent system experience is a huge plus!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with Marketing teams to provide strategic direction, message development, and planning for the new APS system and processes
- Consult with internal and external clients and vendors to identify communication goals and objectives, recommend and execute solutions, and drive towards execution timelines
- Support stakeholder engagement by arranging meetings, events, and other stakeholder engagement activities
- Execute delegated activities and ensure others are delivering on their responsibilities to support overall project plans
- Prepare moderately complex documents such as training guides, PowerPoints, videos, and reports using office software (e.g., PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet)
- Support the development and completion of training plans, collaborating with training partners to ensure materials are developed, reviewed, and approved
Known Tasks to Be Assigned:
- Assist Chelsey, Karen, and Yuki with documentation, planning, and execution of change management and training for field and admin teams
- Create training and facilitate a training plan for admin teams
- Assist in operational readiness tasks as needed, including:
- Creating processing calendars
- Following up on change management-related tasks
- Assisting with data conversion, data comparison, and deployment workstreams
Skills:
Job Qualifications:
- Fundamental knowledge of public communications concepts, practices, and procedures
- Fundamental knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Skilled at managing time to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in office software programs and collaboration tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Demonstrated ability to execute communication and change management plans, including training and adoption strategies (digital operations change management experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Strong communication skills; able to partner with global stakeholders and development teams, tailoring messaging appropriately
- Ability to plan and prioritize work and hold self and others accountable with empathy and foresight
- Focus on continuous improvement; able to promptly and effectively address process breakdowns
- Detail-oriented and consistently drives results
- Ability to make good and timely decisions, especially when handling sensitive data
- Previous experience in compensation operations is a plus
Education:
- Minimum of associate's degree
