About the Role
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) to join our talented team. This role offers an incredible opportunity to grow and expand your career in a clinic dedicated to the highest level of patient care.
Working alongside experienced practitioners, you will utilize a systematic, competency-based approach to manage increasing levels of patient care and responsibility. This location features a fully operational, on-site fabrication facility to support your work.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, hand casting, scanning (all amputation levels), modifications, diagnostic fittings, delivery, and follow-up care.
- Clinical Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate patient notations within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Hospital Support: Provide off-site hospital support for evaluations, delivery of post-operative devices, and general assistance to staff orthotists as needed.
- Collaboration: Interact closely with physicians, therapists, and healthcare teams regarding patient needs, treatment plans, and education for patients and their families.
- Market Outreach: Participate in marketing and referral activities, including visiting clinics, hospitals, and primary sources to provide in-service education and build professional relationships.
Minimum Qualifications
- Certification: Must be a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) by the American Board for Certification (ABC) in Prosthetics & Orthotics.
- Education: Master’s Degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics from an accredited university.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of clinical experience is preferred, though highly motivated candidates with fewer years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $125,000 * (Starting salary is commensurate with experience; flexibility exists beyond the maximum range for highly experienced candidates).*
- Bonus Structure: Eligible for a 20% performance bonus based on company net revenue and EBITDA targets.
