Position Purpose:
The Certified Pharmacy Technician Senior (Non-Sterile Compounding) is an elevated collaborative role with pharmacy leadership. In addition to routine technician functions, Project Days are allotted to ensure development of our technician teams in the non-sterile compounding space. The functions assigned to the Non-Sterile Compounding role include implementation and training for: Kit Check, Non-Sterile Compounding, USP 795 compliance/educating/annual competencies.
**Mount Carmel also offers an elevated Certified Pharmacy Tech Senior – Sterile Compounding compensation program for all sterile compounding trained technicians, regardless of prior experience. Following completion of our standardized training program, all signed off technicians will be approved for elevated compensation**
