Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – School Based
Location: Dysart USD | 15802 N Parkview Place, Surprise, AZ 85374
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 Hours Weekly
School Year: August 7, 2026 – May 27, 2027
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a supportive school district team for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, school-based opportunity supporting students within Dysart Unified School District in Surprise, Arizona.
Position Details:
• Full-time schedule – 8 paid hours per day on student attendance days
• Caseload and grade levels TBD
• Collaborative school environment
• Opportunity to support student growth and independence
Required Qualifications:
• Valid license issued by the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/L)
• Valid Driver’s License (front and back required)
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (front and back required)
• Social Security Card
• College Diploma
• Associate’s Degree or higher OR transcripts showing 60+ college credits
