As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) at Marbridge’s Villa Community, you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a skilled nursing setting. This role goes beyond routine support—it’s about building trust, fostering independence, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals who thrive with specialized attention.

CNA Positions Available

• Full-Time - Rotating Days (6:00 AM -2:00 PM)
• Full-Time - Rotating Days (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
• Full-Time - Rotating Days (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
• PRN - As Needed, no set schedule

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing or eating
• Assist with carrying out residents assessments and care plans
• Helping transport patients safely by operating wheelchairs, lifts and rolling hospital beds
• Observing patient conditions, identifying potential risk factors for patient wellness and communicating them to Nurses
• Updating patient files with vital signs and other information
