Your ImpactThe Central Selling Manager leads a team of supervisors to deliver consistent sales execution, customer experience, and operational performance across an assigned area. This role develops frontline leaders, drives accountability for sales and productivity metrics, and ensures execution of performance routines. The manager partners with field and enterprise stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, remove barriers, improve processes, and support business goals. This leader also strengthens leadership capability, builds talent pipelines, and identifies opportunities to improve the Central Selling business.
What You Will Do- Lead, coach, and develop Central Selling Supervisors to strengthen leadership capability, performance, and succession readiness.
- Drive sales, productivity, conversion, and customer experience results across the assigned area.
- Ensure consistent execution of sales routines, performance management practices, and operational expectations.
- Partner with the Central Selling Director to implement strategies and initiatives that support department and business priorities.
- Identify performance trends, operational gaps, and process improvement opportunities; provide recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with store, services, operations, and provider leadership to support execution of Central Selling initiatives.
- Establish feedback loops with internal and external partners to resolve challenges and improve execution.
- Support talent planning by ensuring effective recruiting, onboarding, and development plans are in place.
- Monitor business and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and operational improvement.
- Participate in leadership planning and alignment sessions to integrate Central Selling priorities with broader business objectives.
- Reinforce accountability and recognition programs that support performance expectations and team success.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 7+ years of management experience in retail, sales, contact center, or other customer-facing operations environments.
- 3+ years of leadership experience with direct report responsibility.
- Experience leading leaders, including coaching, performance management, and talent development.
- Demonstrated ability in managing performance metrics such as sales, productivity, conversion, or customer experience.
- Experience implementing operational initiatives and driving consistent execution across teams.
- Strong background working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to deliver business results.
- Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and using performance trends to inform decisions.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills/Education- Master’s degree Business Administration or related field
- Experience working with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives.
- Experience in multi-site, field, or centralized selling environments.
Pay Range: $101,100.00 - $168,900.00 annually
