TransForce is seeking CDL-A Drivers to support Local operations based in Myerstown, PA.

CDL-A Driver Details:

Schedule: Driver will work Mon-Fri / 6am start time
Pay: $75k-$110k per year
Route Type: Local
Freight / Load Type: Furniture
Equipment: CDL-A tractor trailer, dry van, automatic
Handling: Heavy touch

CDL-A Driver Minimum Requirements:

License: CDL-A
Experience: at least 9 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
Endorsements: None
Equipment Experience: CDL-A tractor trailer experience,
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL-A Driver Responsibilities:

Safely operate equipment on regional or local routes
Transport furniture to different commercial and residential customer locations in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
Light touch position, drivers will assist with loading/unloading as needed. Will unload products by hand (rolling cages) or using hand cart/dolly if needed.
