We are currently seeking a CDE III (Client Delivery Exec) to join our team in Mountain View, California (US-CA), United States (US).

We are looking for a senior Client Delivery Executive to lead end-to-end IT service delivery for a strategic client across infrastructure, applications, datacenter, workplace, and support services. This person will be responsible for delivery excellence, client satisfaction, governance, operational performance, financial management, and transformation execution.

The role is centered on four priorities:

  1. ITIL as the foundational pillar for service delivery governance
    The leader must bring strong ITIL v4-based service management discipline across incident, problem, change, service level, and continual improvement processes, with clear governance, reporting, and accountability.
  2. Datacenter professional services with Telcordia-informed execution discipline
    We need someone with strong experience in datacenter transformation, migration, modernization, and service transition, ideally with structured execution rigor influenced by Telcordia-style methodologies.
  3. Deskside and workspace services focused on end-user productivity and experience
    This role also oversees deskside, field, and workspace services, with emphasis on improving end-user experience, responsiveness, executive support, and workplace productivity.
  4. Agentic AI and vibe coding to accelerate automation, service intelligence, and engineering delivery
    The candidate should understand how to apply AI, automation, Agentic AI, and vibe coding practices to improve service operations, knowledge reuse, runbook/script generation, engineering productivity, and delivery efficiency.


Basic Qualifications:
A strong enterprise delivery leader with 8+ years of experience in complex managed services or IT operations environments, including infrastructure, private cloud, datacenter services, end-user services, and governance leadership. Experience with SAP Basis/application support, executive client engagement, escalations, and multi-time-zone delivery is important. This person should be comfortable operating with senior client stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and driving both stability and transformation.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $200,000 - $240,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
