CATIA V5 Programmer

Omni Aerospace is seeking an experienced CATIA V5 Programmer to join our team. You will be reporting directly to our Director of Digital Manufacturing Technology. This is a great opportunity if you want to be a part of a growing organization with a small company feel. This is an in-office position, you must live within a commutable distance from Wichita. We are looking to hire someone quickly, so this opportunity won’t be around long!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provides shop support

· Interprets drawings and creates layouts with models

· Creates set-up documents

· Reviews programming of other programmers and verifies NC codes

· Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three to five years CNC Operator experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience using CATIA V5 programming software required.
• Experience using Vericut Software.
• Ability to read blueprints and models.
• Experience using micrometers and calipers.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
