We are partnering with a global, family-owned manufacturing organization specializing in advanced materials, coated products, and industrial solutions used across industries such as packaging, medical devices, automotive, and labeling.
This is a key role responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing activities across a mix of raw materials, goods, and services, driving value through supplier performance, cost optimization, and supply chain resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across direct and indirect categories
- Manage the full source-to-contract lifecycle, including supplier selection and negotiations
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply risks to inform sourcing strategies
- Drive supplier performance (quality, OTD, cost) and long-term partnerships
- Collaborate cross-functionally on NPD through to end-of-life processes
- Lead initiatives focused on cost reduction, inventory optimization, and supply continuity
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience in strategic sourcing / category management
- Strong background in raw materials procurement within manufacturing environments
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Proven ability in supplier negotiation, development, and performance management
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
