Cashier/Receptionist

Casey Auto Group in Newport News is seeking a full-time Cashier/Receptionist to join our auto finance team at Auto Credit of Virginia!

Schedule:  Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and every Saturday 9am-2pm (Sundays off and one day off during the week). 

Pay: $14.00 per hour. 

Responsibilities:
Receive and log credit card and cash payments from auto loan customers and balance receipts at the end of each shift. Various administrative and receptionist duties as needed such as faxing and filing. Answer and direct calls from a multi-line phone system. Extensive data entry and customer service. Assist the supervisor and staff as directed. 

Qualifications: 

• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality, and ability to remain calm during busy times.
• Punctual nature, ability to handle schedule flexibility, and dynamic work environment.
• Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects.
