Jonathan Perkins Injury Lawyers, a fast-growing personal injury law firm, has an opening for a full-time Pre-Litigation Paralegal.

We’re looking for an organized, upbeat, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you're passionate about helping clients and love a good challenge (and a good laugh), we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain frequent and professional client communication
• Initiate insurance claims and handle related documentation
• Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills
• Draft demand packages for settlement negotiations
• Assist attorneys in negotiating settlements

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior legal experience required
• Claims experience preferred
• Medical or customer service experience is a big plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude, team player, and must have a sense of humor
• College degree preferred
• Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply
