Take2 is hiring a clearable Legal Case Management Analyst. This role requires you to be eligible to be sponsored for a Secret Clearance to interview. You also must have experience performing daily data entry and updates to SharePoint-based case trackers. This position is fully onsite and will require you to work out of Washington, D.C.
Legal Case Management Analyst - SharePoint
We are seeking a detail-oriented Case Management Analyst and Litigation Support Specialist to support case driven and legal operational workflows while maintaining and improving a SharePoint-based case management environment. This role blends litigation support, document and ESI management, workflow coordination, and high-volume data entry and data quality management. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable supporting attorneys with document intensive case activities as they are performing precise, time sensitive updates to case trackers and repositories.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with mission stakeholders, improving processes, and maintaining high accuracy in a fast paced, case-driven operational and legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Management & Litigation Support (80%)
- Perform daily data entry and updates to SharePoint-based case trackers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as litigation support analyst for multiple cases or projects, including complex or high-visibility matters.
- Review, analyze, classify, and organize legal documents and electronically stored information (ESI).
- Manage document lifecycles including intake, screening, indexing, processing, production, and archiving.
- Develop and apply document analysis and indexing procedures to ensure consistency and retrievability.
- Conduct routine audits and quality checks of case data and document repositories.
- Maintain strict data hygiene and follow all protocols for handling sensitive or protected information.
- Coordinate directly with attorneys and case teams to assess litigation support needs.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports on case status, document volumes, and support activities.
Systems, SharePoint & Workflow Support (20%)
- Configure and maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, views, and metadata structures supporting case operations.
- Support document repositories used for litigation and case management activities.
- Create or modify basic Power Automate workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and case processes.
- Support enhancement of Power Apps used for case intake, document tracking, or operational workflows.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend practical process improvements.
- Provide knowledge management and information management support across program activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience supporting litigation, investigations, or legal case teams.
- Experience supporting case management, litigation support, or document-intensive operational environments.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint lists, libraries, and document management.
- Demonstrated experience reviewing, organizing, and classifying large volumes of documents or ESI.
- Experience creating or modifying basic Power Automate workflows.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data validation and quality control.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance.
