Personal Injury Paralegal – Settlement Data & Case Entry (Remote)


CaseMetrix is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal (3–5 years) to support our case entry and data operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in plaintiff or defense personal injury work who is highly detail-oriented and comfortable working with legal data and technology.


This is a fully remote position focused on reviewing, organizing, and accurately entering settlement and verdict data into our proprietary database.


Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze personal injury settlements and verdicts
  • Read medical records and prepare medical chronologies to help Paralegals with projects as needed
  • Draft and edit narrative case summaries
  • Accurately input case data into the CaseMetrix platform
  • Collaborate with Client Support Representatives to finalize case entries
  • Manage daily database updates and release schedules
  • Utilize AI-assisted tools with human review to ensure data accuracy


Required Qualifications (non-negotiable)
  • 3–5 years of personal injury paralegal experience (plaintiff or defense)
  • Strong understanding of PI case lifecycle, settlements, and verdicts
  • Ability to read and summarize medical records, preparing medical chronologies
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Experience reviewing legal documents and summarizing case facts
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently 


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with legal databases or case management software
  • Familiarity with settlement valuation or case analysis
  • Prior experience with high-volume case review or data entry


Compensation

Salary is commensurate with experience.
