Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $17/hr

Location: Franklin, Ohio 45005

Experience: Entry level, 6 months +

Carpenter / LaminatorPosition Responsibilities and Requirements may include:

• Laminating various pieces/parts according to spec within customer order requirements, using a spray gun to apply glue
• Edge Banding by machine or manually as determined by customer order.
• Hang drawers/doors
• Cut and shape wood using saws, sanders, and other woodworking tools
• Apply wood stains, paints, or other finishes to protect or enhance the appearance of materials
• Assemble and install cabinets, shelves, and other fixtures
• Read/follow directionsand technical specifications to determine the dimensions and materials required.
• Lift, carry, and maneuver building materials and supplies
• Operate power saws, planers, joiners, and other woodworking tools and equipment

Carpenter / LaminatorSkills Preferred:

• Strong carpentry, woodworking and construction skills
• Ability to read, understand, and follow blueprints and diagrams
• Attention to detail and quality of work
• Ability to operate woodworking and construction tools and heavy equipment safely
• Strong problem-solving and math skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communicator
• Reliable transportation
