Oversee and coordinate the activities of the construction crew and subcontractors. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members as needed. Accurately read blueprints and project drawings to understand project requirements. Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure proper execution. Coordinate with the project team, design team, and/or owner to address challenges and changes, as needed. Perform rough and finish carpentry work, including framing, demolition, doors, frames, and hardware, and other tasks as needed. Manage and maintain ICRA containments when working on active healthcare projects.Inspect work performed by subcontractors to ensure conformance with project specifications. In partnership with Field Operations, determine sequence of activities for the project site.
