A client of ours is seeking a skilled Carpenter/Cabinet Maker to join their growing team.

Position Overview:
This role is ideal for an experienced craftsman who takes pride in high-quality woodworking and finish carpentry. You’ll be responsible for building, installing, and finishing custom cabinetry and woodwork for residential projects, with a strong emphasis on precision, detail, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble custom cabinets, furniture, and millwork
• Perform finish carpentry including trim, molding, and installation
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials with accuracy
• Install cabinetry and woodwork on-site to client specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in carpentry or cabinet making
• Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, equipment, and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Preferred Experience:

• Custom cabinetry or high-end residential work
• Experience with shop tools (table saws, planers, routers, etc.)
• Finishing techniques including staining and sealing
