JOB SUMMARY: Provides technical, financial planning, budget analysis, expenditure management from various decentralized budgets, federal and state grant expenditure management, federal/state expense reporting, and compliance support for Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. Assists the CTE Administrator in ensuring legislative, regulatory, and program compliance related to state and federal CTE reporting, financial documentation, and program operations. Supports communication, training coordination, and system processes for instructors, administrators, and district staff.

Job Task Descriptions Frequency Percentage of Time 1. Supports legislative compliance by translating regulatory requirements into effective procurement procedures and maintains financial documentation. Partners with procurement, accounting, and CTE programs districtwide to ensure industry-specific professional learning activities align with legislative and regulatory requirements for state and federal CTE Reporting. Daily 35% 2. Manages federal assets and provides federal regulatory guidance for inventory management. Daily 20% 3. Ensures program compliance by supporting CTE teachers with licensing requirements through Colorado Department of Education and Colorado Community College System. Partners with Human Resources and secondary buildings districtwide to monitor and support CTE licensing. Daily 10% 4. Supports program compliance by monitoring quality assurances and processing payroll related compensation. Responds to payroll-related inquiries from employees where appropriate. Daily 10% 5. Collect, analyze, and evaluate documentation for state and federal auditing. Daily 10% 6. Support the overall system, structures, and processes of CTE program management districtwide. Monthly 10% 7.
