Registered Nurse | CVICU | $15,000 Sign on Bonus

Phoenix, AZ - Full Time - Direct Hire

We're partnered with a reputable hospital in the Phoenix area with a strong cardiovascular program and opportunities for growth and cross training.

Unit details:

• 14 bed CVICU
• Patient population: post open heart, LVAD, ECMO
• Ratios typically 1:1 or 1:2 (ECMO is 2:1)

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license

• BLS and ACLS

• 2+ years ICU experience (CVICU bonus)

Schedule:

• 3x12s

Pay range:

• Approx. $37.61 to $55/hr based on experience (will review during first call)
• Differentials: $5 nights, $2.30 weekends
