Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Nurse

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) with Vascular and/or Neuroradiology Cath Lab experience to deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Position Overview:

The Clinical Nurse (CN) provides hands-on patient care within the scope of the California Nursing Practice Act, regulatory requirements, and hospital standards. This role includes full ownership of the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and supporting patients and families throughout all phases of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient- and family-centered care that supports healing, recovery, and comfort
  • Perform accurate patient assessments, interpret clinical data, and respond appropriately
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and care teams
  • Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust care as needed
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, self-care, and prevention strategies
  • Respond quickly to changing clinical situations and activate emergency protocols when necessary
  • Support a safe care environment by adhering to policies and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Prioritize and delegate tasks effectively in a dynamic clinical setting
  • Contribute to team collaboration, staff education, and a positive work culture
  • Utilize clinical technology for documentation and patient care coordination
  • Maintain current clinical knowledge and participate in ongoing professional development

Pay:

The anticipated wage for this position is between $88–$91/hour. Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Qualifications:

  • Active CA Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • BSN preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Cath Lab experience in vascular and/or neuroradiology strongly preferred
