Capital Markets Associate Attorney – AmLaw 150 – NYC- Hybrid

LHH is working with an international AmLaw 150 firm that is seeking a Capital Markets Associate for their NYC office.

This is a standout opportunity for an associate who wants sophisticated deal exposure, real mentorship, and a collaborative team environment (without sacrificing autonomy and client-facing growth).

Seeking candidates with 1-3 years’ experience (from a peer law firm) including:

• Representing issuers, underwriters and financial institutions in debt & equity capital markets transactions
• M&A deals and SEC reporting and compliance
• Strong drafting, organizational and multitasking skills
• NY admitted
