The Capital Improvement Program System Administrator is responsible for implementation, administration, and optimization of MAC’s portfolio planning and project management solutions to support Capital Improvement Program (CIP) planning and project management activities. This role involves collaborating with project initiation staff, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project planning, scheduling, and resource management. This includes working with MAC staff to understand business needs, configuring technical solutions, addressing questions of functionality, providing guidance in the development of technical solutions and supporting the day-to-day operations of the planning system (currently Oracle Primavera Cloud) used by the MAC.
This position is responsible for performing complex design, configuration, testing, and coordination with MAC IT and vendor support, providing support to users, and the set-up and roll out of new functionalities and recommending best practices for the management and use of the software.

Five years of direct experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud or P6.
Oracle Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Certified Implementation Specialist, Oracle Primavera Unifier Certified Administration Professional, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architect Associate or similar relevant certification(s)
Experience in the construction industry
Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent experience
Ability to drive initiatives through presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
This position provides an opportunity for on-site and remote work. MAC's remote work policy requires employees to be on-site three days of the week. Among the three on-site days, one of them must be either a Monday or a Friday and on Tuesdays, all employees are required to be onsite.
