Responsible for assisting in managing the day-to-day operations of the dispensary. The position will assist in the managing the operation of the municipal cannabis dispensary/store including operations, sales, physical plant, and personnel. Assist in performing inventory management functions. Assist in retail operations. Assist in hiring, training, and educating staff. Assist in planning and ordering merchandise to maintain a balanced stock and product layout. Assists in product placements, case displays, and security of product according to internal policies and State regulatory laws.
