Calypso Analyst

Job Summary:

The Middle Office Operations division within Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO) is seeking a forward-looking, self-motivated Calypso Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate combines strong collaboration and customer-focused skills with solid analytical and technical abilities to provide creative, end-to-end solutions for complex business and technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support derivative trade processing and collateral management in the Middle Office operations.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to provide solutions for complex processes.
• Apply expertise in Calypso to configure, maintain, and optimize workflows.
• Deep understanding of derivative products such as money market instruments, credit derivatives, futures, options, and centrally cleared products.
• Document processes and solutions accurately and maintain operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience with Calypso.
• Strong knowledge of derivative trade processing and collateral management, either from a business or technology perspective.
• Expertise in derivative products: money market, credit derivatives, futures, options, centrally cleared products.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide complete and creative solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and maintain a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience configuring Calypso workflows and supporting derivative operations in a fast-paced environment.
