Job Description:
- Handle high volumes of inbound calls regarding client service inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and support for cash management products and financial account services.
- Assist clients with navigation and troubleshooting of the platform and mobile app.
- Address general account inquiries while ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency while meeting departmental performance and service metrics.
- Document client interactions and service requests in internal systems.
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced financial service center environment.
- Manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously while adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and security procedures.
