Job Title: Calibration Technician

Location: Draper, UT, In-person

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Pay rate: $25- 40 (depending on experience)

With multiple full-service labs across the U.S., specializes in providing on-site calibrations, clean room certifications, and custom solutions.


Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical / RF Calibration Technician with a focus on RF and electronic test and measurement equipment. This position requires demonstrated knowledge in calibration techniques, metrology principles, and RF test equipment calibration in an ISO/IEC 17025 environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of clients’ measurement instruments, with a strong emphasis on precision, documentation accuracy, and communication.


Responsibilities:

  • Calibrate electronic test equipment (Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Hipot Testers, Accelerometers, etc.)
  • Calibrate RF test equipment (Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers, Power Sensors, etc.)
  • Calibrate primary, secondary, and working standards
  • Generate calibration reports and certificates in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and NIST traceability
  • Perform inspection, troubleshooting, and adjustment of test equipment as needed
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on calibration procedures, improvements, and workflow optimization
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment in accordance with company and regulatory standards
  • Support internal and external audits by providing technical expertise and documentation support


Requirements and Skills :

  • Must have proven calibration work experience
  • DOD, PMEL, or Military calibration background preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to error-free work.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for team interaction and client collaboration.
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
