Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Service/Concessions Window Attendant. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of food items, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Concessions

  • Greet customers and take food and beverage orders.
  • Prepare and serve menu items such as hot dogs, nachos, chicken sandwiches, smash burgers, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, salads, and soft serve ice cream and more.
  • Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and provideaccuratechange.
  • Assistwith food preparation, setup, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure all food items are prepared according to health and safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession area.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.

Food Runner

  • Deliver food to guests quickly and accurately
  • Ensure plates match tickets before leaving the kitchen
  • Communicate with kitchen staff and servers to keep service flowing
  • Help run food to dining room, pool area, and other service locations
  • Stock sauces, napkins, to-go supplies, and service items
  • Keep expo, service stations, and dining areas clean and organized
  • Assistwith pre-bussing and clearing tables when needed
  • Support servers and bartenders during busy periods
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Provide friendly and professional guest service

Qualifications

  • Previousexperience in food service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
  • Attention to detail and commitment tomaintaininghigh standardsof cleanliness and food safety.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Workin an upright standing or sitting position forlong periodsoftime,may fluctuate.
  • May handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages.
  • Reach with hands and arms, communicate,receiveand exchange ideas and information.
  • Ability toquickly and easily navigatethe property/building asrequiredto meet the job functions; complete all required forms.
  • May berequiredto travel for training sessions off-site on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Maybe occasionallyrequiredtocover forfront desk staff at other communities within a reasonable commuting distance when needed.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirements.
  • Ability to respond to emergencies and callouts ina timelymanner.
  • Comfortable working in hot conditions, as all food isservedpoolside at our resort.

Physical Requirements:
