The Lead Caesars Rewards Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service to mid- and high-tier guests. This role provides personalized assistance by sharing information about comp limits, exclusive services, premium amenities, and special player events, ensuring outstanding guest experience.
Travel required Caesars Palace, Paris, Horseshoe, Cromwell, LINQ, Planet Hollywood, Harrah's, and Flamingo.
Oversees Caesars Rewards operations: Coordinates staff activities, ensures floor and center coverage, and maintains a clean, well-stocked work area.
Leads and supports the team: Instructs, directs, coaches, and assists with hiring and training of personnel.
Handles guest interactions: Resolves customer complaints, promotes Caesars Rewards, and issues rewards cards.
Maintains data and security standards: Ensures database integrity, protects customer rewards and credit lines, and handles sensitive materials confidentially.
Manages reporting and communication: Completes required reports and maintains interdepartmental program communication.
Supports additional duties: Assists with special projects and other Caesars Rewards tasks as requested by management.
Engages guests in a friendly, enthusiastic manner and adheres to attendance and company policies.
