You are the perfect candidate if you are self-motivated and enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary collaborative setting.  Primary Role & Responsibilities Create plans, details and diagrams for a wide variety of lighting and electrical projects using AutoCAD, MicroStation and Revit Use and develop graphic standards Develop skills towards performing quality control reviews of drawings and documents Demonstrates ownership and responsibility for project deadlines with a commitment to quality Coordinates and communicates with Project Managers and designers in a team-based environment Qualifications and Required Skills Associate of Applied Science Degree in CADD or Certificate in CADD  Minimum of 2 years of practical hands-on CAD experience using AutoCAD and/or MicroStation Proficient in AutoCAD and a working knowledge of Microstation.  Experience using REVIT is helpful Ability to read and interpret engineering and/or technical drawings Willingness to self-learn new software Strong professional written and verbal communication skills, as well as active listening skills  Preferred Skills and Credentials 2+ years working experience in AutoCAD or MicroStation creating working models, plans and details Experience with lighting and electrical plan production Proficiency in REVIT, GIS, SketchUp, Photoshop, Acrobat, AGI32, Bluebeam, Illustrator, Rhino, Microsoft Office products Familiar with ASHRAE 90.1 & 189.1, CDOT, LEED, NEC, Electrical Utility Standards
