CAD Drafter

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and revise CAD drawings based on sketches, layouts, and design standards
• Support engineers, designers, and detailers across multiple projects
• Ensure drawings meet company, client, and discipline drafting standards
• Assist with design documentation, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement efforts

What We’re Looking For

• Coursework or degree in drafting or CAD (Associate or Bachelor preferred)
• Basic proficiency in at least one CAD platform
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills
• Motivation to learn, grow, and deliver high‑quality work

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, MO.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
