Work Environment
Work takes place on commercial construction job sites, industrial facilities, and existing commercial buildings such as hospitals, schools, data centers, banks, and office buildings. All sites are vacant during work, and you will not work with live wire. The role involves regular use of hand tools and low-voltage installation equipment in active construction and retrofit environments. Current openings are for a weekend-focused schedule, with mandatory shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, paid at an overtime rate. Optional additional shifts are available on Friday and Monday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, paid at a straight-time rate, allowing flexibility to work only weekends or to add extra days for more hours. You will report to the office on the first day and then travel directly to job sites in the greater Nashville area, including locations such as Nashville, Smyrna, Murfreesboro, Franklin, and Madison. The role requires comfort with commuting within roughly 50 miles of Nashville and working overtime when needed in a physically active, construction-style environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
