Client Environments include:
- Aerospace, defense, microelectronics, RF, high-voltage, or advanced manufacturing environments
- Regulated supply chains (ISO, AS9100, FAR/DFARS, ITAR-related environments preferred)
- Domestic and international supplier management
- Long-lead, custom, or engineered components (electronics, precision mechanical, RF assemblies, high-voltage hardware)
Who We’re Looking For (Flexible by Level)
Early Career:
- 1–2 years’ experience in buying, purchasing, supply chain, or manufacturing support
- General knowledge of business operations and procurement processes
- Strong Excel, data analysis, and attention to detail
- Experience with Smartsheets is desired
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related preferred
- Preferred experience in high-tech or regulated manufacturing environments
Mid-Level:
- 3–8+ years’ experience in buyer, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
- Experience supporting engineering-driven sourcing and supplier relationships
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems; Costpoint is desired
- Exposure to negotiated pricing, supplier agreements, and demand planning
Senior, Manager, Director Level:
- 8+ years’ progressive procurement or supply chain experience
- Strategic sourcing and supplier development expertise
- Experience sourcing complex, high-spec, or custom components
- Strong analytical and systems proficiency, including purchasing platforms, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), and ERP

In accordance with New York salary transparency requirements, the anticipated annual base salary range for positions is: $75,000 - $200,000. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated project leadership background.
