Job Title: Supply Planning Lead

Location: Tempe, AZ

Employment Type: 5 Month Contract | Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Pay Rate: $39.00- $52.00/hr based on experience

Role Overview:

BEPC is seeking an experienced Buyer/ Planner to support our client’s manufacturing operations in Tempe, Arizona. This role will lead supply chain planning activities across the network, helping deploy and drive adoption of the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) at assigned sites. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in production planning, capacity planning, SAP ERP, and cross-functional collaboration within a manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in aligning production plans with supply plans, improving delivery performance, optimizing labor and machine utilization, and supporting customer satisfaction while maintaining working capital targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly Production Planning cycle for assigned product cells at the Tempe site.
• Ensure finished goods production plans align with site-level and network Supply Plans.
• Develop and maintain Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules to optimize labor and machine utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to demand, material availability, and capacity constraints.
• Support planners in maintaining accurate planning parameters and material master data in SAP.
• Participate in monthly SIOP meetings to review and approve network production plans, communicate risks, and present mitigation strategies to leadership.
• Present weekly updates in Cell SIOP meetings, including CTB status, upcoming production schedules, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Drive customer satisfaction while ensuring working capital performance remains within business objectives.
• Participate in monthly Customer Business Team meetings focused on Supply Plan reconciliation.
• Support weekly acceleration activities to improve delivery performance and meet inventory targets.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Operations Planning/Scheduling, Materials Management, or related operational planning functions.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Defense or aerospace industry experience preferred.
• 5+ years of SAP ERP planning experience.
• Strong experience with production planning, capacity planning, and master scheduling.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve planning and supply chain issues.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage leadership and operational teams.
• Proven ability to balance customer satisfaction, cost control, productivity, and working capital goals.

Contract Details:

• Pay Rate: $39 to $52/hour, based on experience
• Work Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
