Position: Buyer

Compensation: $ 45,000 - $ 52,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

As a Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Evaluate usage and re-order points using ERP System
  • Communicate with suppliers about manufacturing requirements
  • Negotiate terms and delivery with suppliers
  • Follow-up on orders for timely delivery
  • Investigate and recommend alternate suppliers
  • Consult with Engineering on specifications and deviations
  • Review Engineering Change Orders and drawings
  • Handle MRO supplies regularly

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • High school graduate or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years in supply chain/manufacturing
  • Solid understanding of computer operating systems
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • ERP experience
